It explains how we collect, use and retain personal data obtained through this website or business correspondence. We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

2. What we collect

If you contact us, we may collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, and any business information you include. Servers and the content delivery network may record technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and availability.

This website does not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy.

3. Purpose

To respond to enquiries, assess engagements, perform contracts, keep the website secure and operable, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention and transfer

We retain data only as long as needed for those purposes, or longer where the law requires. This website is distributed by Cloudflare; technical logs may be processed outside Hong Kong. Business email may transit both parties’ mail providers.
