Thesis
The name is a thesis. Intelligence should scale; it should also show up inside constraints. Infinite is the work of turning models, knowledge, data and workflows into systems that can run again tomorrow. The Chinese name speaks of getting it right in a messy operation, not in a laboratory.
We work with teams who need serious engineering — production, compliance, agents inside real systems. Advisors can watch from the shore. We walk into the runtime.
Hong Kong is the centre of contracting, governance and cross-border collaboration. We work to a local cadence, and we deliver to the data and compliance requirements of where the client lives.

How we choose work
Production, not a museum of prototypes
A pilot must have a path to production. Without observability, a permission model and a rollback, it is not delivery.
Governance grows with capability
The more an agent can do, the more it needs an auditable boundary. Security and model governance are part of the product.
Depth before coverage
We would rather make one line of business operable than cover ten departments with ten slide decks.
Leave the system, not a dependency
Docs, training, alerting and the on-call rhythm are deliverables. People can rotate out. The system must still run.
